The Town of Warren, Massachusetts is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified parties for the operation and maintenance of its municipal solid waste transfer station and residential drop-off recycling center ("the Facility") on South Street, in Warren, MA. The project also includes maintenance activities at the closed landfills onsite. This RFP is for a three-year contract to operate and maintain the Facility from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025, with two one-year options to renew. All renewals must be approved by the Operator and the Town of Warren. The Operator shall be responsible for furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into the project as well as performing or providing all labor, supervision, equipment and services necessary to effectively operate the Facility in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, unless otherwise noted within the proposal documents Questions or comments about the RFP must be received in writing by 4:00 PM on May 13, 2022.All questions or comments shall be directed in writing to Scott Atkin at Barton & Loguidice, LLC by email at satkin@bartonand loguidice.com. No Respondent may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of proposal opening. The Town of Warren reserves the right to cancel any request for proposals, to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, to seek further information from any and all proposers, to negotiate terms with any and all proposers, to waive any technicality in any proposal, or to accept any proposal or part thereof, if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Warren
