Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This Request for Proposal is being issued to invite proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply, delivery, installation and implementation of digital signage and classroom displays at the new Burnaby North Secondary School (BNSS) complex, currently under seismic construction. Through this RFP, SD41 is looking for a Contractor(s) to supply, deliver, install and implement digital signage suite plus hallway and classroom display solutions at the new Burnaby North Secondary School (BNSS) complex, currently under seismic construction. This digital signage suite will service the school, a theatre and conference centre, an Adult Education program, an on-site Daycare facility and Burnaby Parks and Recreation Programs. The hallway and classroom display solutions will service the instructional spaces of the school. The initial contract term is three (3) years, which may be extended for one (1) additional one (1) year term, and unless agreed to by the parties in writing, the terms and conditions of the Contract, including pricing, applicable immediately prior to the expiration of the previous Term shall apply during the renewal period.
