Renovation of a transportation facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of July 5, 2022 this project has been cancelled due to the project was above the funding available.** Estimated cost is under $1,000,000. The Project includes the following Work: The work consists of providing new fabric hangar door assemblies on Hangars 9 and 10. The work shall include all labor materials and incidentals to remove the existing and install new door assemblies. The contractor must provide design services for the doors, footers, lateral bracing or any other structural elements to tie the new door assemblies into the existing structure. In addition, design for electrical and other ancillary elements is the responsibility of the contractor. The Project has an expected duration of 210 calendar days. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Any questions on this procurement must submitted in writing to the Engineer, Keith Fritz, via email at kfritz@adci-corp.com. The deadline for submitting questions is May 9, 2022 at 4:00 pm local time. The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
