Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Mayfield Village, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Mayfield Village will accept sealed bid proposals for the: Worton Park Neighborhood Culvert Replacement Project Phase I This project includes the removal and replacement of two existing culverts with new 14'x4' and 16'x4' concrete box culverts. Checks shall be made payable to Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in favor of Mayfield Village. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than December 1, 2022. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and Mayfield Village, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. Mayfield Village reserves the right to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
