Mayfield Village, Ohio is soliciting proposals for the Design - Build contract of a Restroom Building at The Grove Amphitheatre located at 425 North Commons Blvd., off SOM Center Road. The Project will consist of final construction documents, site improvements including excavation, grading, concrete work, and lawn seeding. Construction of a masonry Restroom Building approximately 1,000 square feet and necessary utility connections. The estimated cost for the Project is $440,000.00.
