Site work for a water / sewer project in Covington, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed within Twenty-five (25) Working Days working days from date of commencement under this contract shall include, but not be limited to: General Scope of work: Installation of(l) PRV vault; 2279 LF of 12" C152 DIP pipe; 104 LF of 12" C152 DIP RJ pipe; 427 LF of 12" PVCO C909 pipe; 5 residential service point connections; 607 LF ofbored 12" HDPE pipe, 9 Fire Hydrants Assemblies, valves and appurtenances as shown on plans, surface restoration identified as grass, gravel, and AC Pavement. Questions about the project shall be addressed to: Eric Ott at 253-867-0875(xll4) or Eric.Ott@covingtonwater, com Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond (with authorized surety company as surety) made payable to Covington Water District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Covington Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw7 their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
