**As of 5/23/2022 The 2nd Low bidder was Kessock Excavating and Hauling bid amount $37,349.20. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE - 5/10/2022 4:00 PM Auburn Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Manheim Township. The Work shall be substantially completed by September 2, 2022. All Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions by September 30, 2022.
