The Subcontractors List must be submitted with the Bid package within the deadline listed above. The Bids will immediately thereafter be opened and publicly read. Bid Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Work to be performed shall be on the south side ofNorth Bend Way between Ballarat Ave S and E McClellan St in the City of North Bend. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, curb, gutter, driveway, a nd sidewalk installation; ADA curb ramp installation; catch basin installation; street trees and tree grates; street lighting; traffic control: and other Work as required to complete the Project. The Engineers estimated cost for the North Bend Way Sidewalk Project is $220,000 to $230,000. Contract shall provide 40 working days to complete the scope of work. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) ofthe total amount of such Bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates if applicable. The subcontractors list must be submitted with the Bid Package. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid or in the Bidding process and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
