APPROVE standing purchase orders with First Vanguard Rentals and Sales, Inc., Statewide Traffic Safety and Signs, Inc., and The Construction Zone for traffic signs and lines materials in a total combined amount of $900,000, with an allocation not to-exceed $300,000 per vendor over a three-year period, with one (1) two-year option to renew at $200,000 per vendor over the two-year period. – Public Works Department. The Public Works Department is requesting Bids from qualified companies interested in providing Traffic Signs & Line Materials. The City will purchase the products on an as needed basis throughout the year. In addition to the items listed, the City will purchase other miscellaneous hardware throughout the year. The City has the right to award to one or multiple vendors. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the awarded vendor(s) for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. The City will pick up orders from companies that are within 15 miles radius of our corp yard location. (# 6 13 Street, Building D, Richmond) If you are not within 15 miles radius of the corp yard, please include cost of freight to Richmond.
