Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, repair of cracking and spalling at various bridge headwalls, beams and piers, and crack sealing in bridge decks, abutments, and joints. The project also includes the implementation of erosion and sediment pollution controls, stream bypass, and other associated work. Questions shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within PennBid. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids more than $100,000. North Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. The bridge repair projects are located as follows: NC-1: along Dairy Road approximately 0.17 miles southeast of the Diary Road intersection with Route 422 in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania (Latitude: 40.336408, Longitude: -76.465964). NC-2: along Dairy Road approximately 0.37 miles southeast of the Diary Road intersection with Route 422 in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania (Latitude: 40.335422, Longitude: -76.462958). NC-6: along Walnut Street approximately 0.23 milessouthwest of the Walnut Street intersection with Dairy Road in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania (Latitude: 40.330706, Longitude: -76.459433). NC-9: along Oak Street approximately 0.16 milessouthwest of the Stoneleigh Drive intersection with Oak Street in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania (Latitude: 40.323725, Longitude: -76.451161). NC-11: along Creekside Drive approximately 0.47 miles North of the Colebrook Road intersection with Creekside Drive in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania (Latitude: 40.319353, Longitude: -76.444131). The project includes, but is not limited to the following elements of repair work for bridges within North Cornwall Township: NC-1: Repair of spalling at concrete headwalls, crack sealing in the concrete bridge deck, and repair of failing strip seals and grout at headwall joints NC-2: Resealing of deck joints at each abutment NC-6: Repair of spalling and cracking in prestressed beams NC-9: Repair ofspalling in concrete T-beams and the concrete bridge deck, repair of cracking and spalling in abutments and piers, resealing of deck joints NC-11: Resealing of joints between precast arches, and sealing of interface between bituminous surface and curb The project also includes the implementation of erosion and sediment pollution controls, stream bypass for certain bridges, and other associated work.
