The proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, all earthwork, vegetation establishment, inlet and outlet structure modifications, erosion and sediment controls, and all other work required to satisfactorily complete the project. Questions shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within PennBid. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids in excess of $25,000. North Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. Bidder is reminded that the Site is situated on private property under a temporary stormwater easement agreement with North Cornwall Township, and that due respect shall be given to existing private assets within the Site. Bidder shall notify Owner at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any visit to the Site to allow adequate time for the property owner at 421 Millbridge Drive to be notified. Any visit or resulting disturbance on the property of 421 Millbridge Drive shall be limited to examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies within the Site as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid.
