The City of Attleboro is accepting sealed bids for the annual supply of chemicals for both the Water and Wastewater Departments. Water Department Chemicals: Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH), Hydrofluosilicic Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Liquid Blended Phosphate Corrosion Inhibitor, Polyaluminum Chloride Liquid, Liquid Oxygen. Wastewater Department Chemicals: Quick Lime, Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCI2), Ferric Chloride, Sodium Bisulfite, Polyaluminum Chloride, Non-Hazardous Alternative Carbon Source. Contract period will be July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Prices bid will be the prices for the entire contract period (7/1/22 - 6/30/23). The City of Attleboro may extend this contract two (2) additional one year periods so long as it is acceptable and in the interest of both contracting parties and the terms and conditions of the original contract are held firm.
