The City of Attleboro is seeking the services of a qualified Designer within the meaning of and in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, 44-57, to provide a complete Public Safety Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study, related to the Attleboro Fire Headquarters and the Attleboro Police Station. This is a qualifications-based selection process. The applicant shall also submit one (1) original Price Proposal in a separately sealed envelope marked "RFQ for Design Services - Feasibility Study - Joint Public Safety Complex - Price Proposal" The Non-Price Proposal shall include a completed Standard Designer Application Form for Municipalities and Public Agencies, which is included with this RFQ (see Attachment "A"). This form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with the applicant's Non-Price Proposal Miscellaneous: The fee is to be negotiated with the firm having the number one ranked proposal. The fee shall not exceed Two-Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars. If an agreement cannot be reached with the first choice, the Awarding Authority may negotiate with the next highest ranked firm. The fee proposal is to be placed in a separate sealed envelope bearing the title "Fee Proposal - Attleboro Public Safety Building" and included with the proposal.
