The City of Attleboro is seeking the services of a qualified Designer within the meaning of and in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, 44-57, to provide a complete Needs Assessment and Facility Feasibility Study, related to the Attleboro Council On Aging. This is a qualifications-based selection process. The fee is to be negotiated with the firm having the number one ranked proposal. The Non-Price Proposal shall include a completed Standard Designer Application Form for Municipalities and Public Agencies, which is included with this RFQ (see Attachment A). This form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with the applicants Non-Price Proposal. The fee is to be negotiated with the firm having the number one ranked proposal. The fee shall not exceed One-Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00). If an agreement cannot be reached with the first choice, the Awarding Authority may negotiate with the next highest ranked firm. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
