**As of June 28, 2022 , project was awarded to Westmark Construction, lnc., awarded amount is $1, 100,044.52** A surety company bid bond on a form acceptable to Owner, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to the order of Federal Way Public Schools shall accompany each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
