The Arkansas Division of Community Correction is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide professional architectural/engineering design services as defined by the Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria for the renovation of the White River Juvenile Detention Center. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalists for interview in accordance with DBA MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
