Renovation of a detention facility in Batesville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of February 19, 2025, the owner did not wish to disclose information regarding an award for this solicitation. A general contractor has been identified. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. The Arkansas Division of Community Correction is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide professional architectural/engineering design services as defined by the Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria for the renovation of the White River Juvenile Detention Center. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalists for interview in accordance with DBA MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work. The State of Arkansas supports equal opportunity in the participation in all areas of capital improvements; therefore, minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of May 6, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
