All questions must be submitted in writing and mailed to the Purchasing Office, emailed to TammyB@westhartfordct.gov at least seven calendar days prior to the date established for the opening of bids. Do not call the Project Manager or Purchasing Office with questions. The Town of West Hartford (Town) is seeking to engage a qualified professional firm for the development of a wayfinding signage program for the Town of West Hartford. The Town will consider teaming or sub-contracting if the firm has a demonstrated successful working relationship. The Town of West Hartford will not be liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this RFP or in connection with any subsequent consultant meeting prior to the award of work. The Town, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and terminate the process to retain consultant services, and is under no obligation to contract for the services specified herein. The Town of West Hartford reserves the right to reject any or all of the submissions. The Town of West Hartford reserves the right to negotiate the cost of this RFP and to award the work to any consultant other than the consultant with the lowest cost, if it is in the best interest of the Town. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
