The School Board of Orange County, Florida announces that Construction Management at Risk Services are required for the project Anticipated Award Date 7/12/2022 Question End Date 5/4/2022 2:00 PM Renovation of the campus heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, including refurbishment or replacement of building HVAC and central energy plant (CEP) equipment (including but not limited to HVAC chiller replacement) and replacement of the building automation system (BAS). The School Board of Orange County, Florida, does not discriminate in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its programs and activities, on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, marital status, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by law OCPS reserves the right to reject any or all response(s), to waive minor irregularities and/or to accept the response(s), which in its sole judgment best serves the interest of OCPS.
