These specifications are for furnishing Ammonium Hydroxide (Aqua Ammonia) in conformance with the requirements set forth herein and delivered to the Water Division in FOB shipments at Topeka, Kansas, Water Treatment Plant. The material to be furnished shall be for use in the treatment of a municipal water supply. Bids shall be for furnishing twelve (12) month supply of Ammonium Hydroxide in bulk tank-truck loads for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The estimated quantity is 300 tons. This quantity is an estimated supply only and the City of Topeka Water Division reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity.
