The Otay Water District (District) will require services of a civil engineering consulting firm(s) to provide professional engineering services in support of the 870-1 Reservoir Floating Cover/Liner Replacement Project (CIP P2563). The services may include, but not be limited to, the following engineering tasks: potable water reservoir floating cover tensioning system alternatives analysis and peer review of mechanically tensioned floating cover designed by others. In compliance with SB 854, all Consultants and Sub-Consultants shall be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Proposals from consultants not registered with the DIR will be considered unresponsive. Request for Proposal (RFP) materials will be e-mailed to qualified firms on Monday, May 2, 2022.
