Snowcrest Drive and Southern Entrance Landscape Enhancements The Project generally includes the following Work: Placement of one (1) 17-ton boulder, two (2) 15-ton boulders, two (2) 13-ton boulders, one (1) 9-ton boulder, and one (1) 6-ton boulder according to plan. Sites will be 14407 Sheridan Pkwy (Southern Entrance) and 14737 Sheridan Pkwy (Snowcrest Dr). Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
