Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project entails the removal and replacement of sections of existing concrete path within Carmody Park in Lakewood, Colorado. Existing concrete was installed at 4" depth and is 4' wide. Replacement is being increased to 6" depth, and 8' wide. Two sections are existing 8' walk that will be replaced at 8'. The project scope includes demolition and removal of identified path and flatwork to be replaced, replacing concrete path, replacing concrete flatwork, earthwork and grading, subgrade prep, and compaction.
