Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will include rehabilitation work for existing 8-inch sewer pipe and existing manhole access structures including approximately: 6,868 LF of Cured-in-Place-Pipe Structural Fiberglass Liner, 48 Manhole Linings, and 99 Service Sealings The work shall include all bypass pumping, erosion and traffic control and other related improvements and appurtenances. This Project is located within the Bear Creek Water and Sanitation District, located within the City of Lakewood, Colorado. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; however, interested Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the area where the work will be performed. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications including financial statements. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
