All requests for extensions must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days, in accordance with Section 108 of the project specifications. Liquidated damages will be charged in accordance with Section 108.09 of the Standard Specifications. The required Bid documents must be received in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System submission portal at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado (RMEPS) on or before the Bid due date and time. Hardcopy submittals will not be accepted. It is the Bidders sole responsibility to ensure all required Bid documents are submitted through RMEPS by the submission deadline. RMEPS does not allow for uploading Bid documents after the Bid due date and time has closed.
