Questions must be submitted by 1700 hrs, Friday, May 13, 2022 All clarifications, answers to questions and changes made to the RFB will be responded to by written addendum. The addendum will be posted on the County on or before 1700 hrs, Monday, May 16, 2022 Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. The cost of printed Bidding Documents will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Upon receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
