Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Contract Furnish and place approximately 274 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 52 Ton Asphalt Binder Course; 4 Ton Asphalt Binder Course, Base Repair; 65 Ton 2A Subbase; 400 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal; 100 LF Pipe Underdrain; 80 LF 15" HDPE Pipe; 2 EA Inlet; 5,800 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 5,800 SY Asphalt Fog Seal and perform 67 CY Class 1 Excavation; 2,600 LF Cut Shoulder and 200 LF Clean Ditch. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
