Only Contractors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract: - Satisfactorily completed a contract for at least 5 years of work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract" - Smart About Salt Certification - GPS tracking on contractor vehicles engaged in performing the requirements detailed in the Scope of Work Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
