The City is seeking a qualified geotechnical or soils testing firm to determine placement and size for two proposed septic tanks at the Domingo Paiz Sports Field, located at the eastern end of Tacoma Street in Sierra Vista AZ 85635. The successful consultant will have just 4 weeks after Notice To Proceed to complete the requested services. See the Scope of Work under Attachments. The City of Sierra Vista is requesting quotes from qualified, licensed consultants who can provide the services specified in this Request for Proposal. A Consultant desiring to respond to this Request for Proposal shall include a fully executed Non-Collusion Affidavit, and acknowledge all addenda (if applicable).
