Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Interested licensed Contractors are invited to bid on the following East Slope Water Company potable water system project located Sierra Vista, Cochise County, Arizona. Project: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to install and commission packaged booster pump station (Two 3 HP pumps) including ASME bladder tank, concrete slab, shed enclosure, all valves, piping, and appurtenances as shown on project plans, electrical upgrades as required to serve existing well and new boosters (design and permitting for electrical upgrades provided by contractor), and install piping and valves to connect to and isolate water system. Selection will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. These projects are funded through the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) of Arizona. Bidders must meet the WIFA requirements included in the bid package. Submit questions, requests for required field visits and requests for bid packages to Todd Allen at tallen@hearthstonecompany.com no later than 4:00 PM January 6, 2023.
