Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cambridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to Replace Metal Roof on the Cambridge Shop building on property, known as the Cambridge Terminal Remove and replace the metal roof system on Cambridge Shop building, approximately 3,000 sf. This includes roof panels, ridge panels, roof box vents and associated hardware, etc. Properly prepare the existing roof deck as per the roof manufacturer's written instructions. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $150.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions.
