Project Name: London Bridge Road Safety Improvements Project (TRACS) Number: T0351 01D District: Northwest Route/MP: N/A Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: 2023 The project limits extend along London Bridge Road from 255 feet north of Reimer Drive to SR 95 (south) within Lake Havasu City. London Bridge Road is an Urban Minor Arterial and an Urban Major Collector and varies between one and two travel lanes in each direction. This corridor has experienced fatal and suspected serious injury crashes qualifying it for HSIP funding with the proposed improvements. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. This project will install safety improvements within the project limits including speed feedback signs, re-striping to narrow lanes and provide bike lanes, and install associated bike lane signage. Project deliverables include: Scoping Letter Stage III Stage IV Final PS&E As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in Writing, Shall Be Received by Ecs at the Below Email Address Until 3 Business Days Before Soi Due Date at 2:00 P.m. (Arizona Time). No Further Questions Shall Be Accepted After the Time Specified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
