Procure/install a LED video display board at Memorial Stadium. Jefferson city schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and to award in part or in total whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the school district. The bid submitted by the vendor in response to this solicitation shall constitute an offer which shall remain open for acceptance by Jefferson City Schools for a period of 90 days from the date of opening. JCS reserves the right to amend this RFP prior to the due date. The selected vendor will be required to provide turnkey services to include all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the design and complete installation of the digital display board and removal of the current scoreboard, digital display, and signage. Removed items will be presented to Bill Navas, Athletic Director prior to final disposition. The selected vendor should have at least five years of experience installing LED displays in athletic facilities. Vendor will provide a LED digital display and Custom 5' 0.25" tall x 35' 8.25" wide fixed digit scoreboard with the following specifications: - 16mm True Pixel Matrix Screen - 440 Pixels High x 780 Pixels Wide - LED display dimensions with 6' trim - 24' 2" High and 42' Wide - 343,200 Pixels 1,029,600 LEDS total with 1,088 LEDS per square foot - Minimum of 10,000 nit level of brightness
