Renovation of a financial development in Jefferson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a financial development.
Contact owner directly for bid results, award, start date, and end date. 15 Lee Street- Jefferson, Georgia Provide all set-up, hoisting and clean up required for this project. Furnish labor and material to tear off the existing EPDM roof. Furnish labor and material to install a manufacturer's recommended cover board over the existing substrate. Furnish labor and material to install tapered insulation to cricket required areas. Furnish labor and material to install a fully adhered 60 mil GAF TPO roof system and all required flashings. Furnish labor and material to install new 24-gauge Kynar finished edge metal, flashings, and coping where necessary. Please note, color to be selected by the owner from standard color sections. Furnish a manufacturer's 20-year No Dollar Limit Warranty. This includes all labor and materials. The award of this bid proposal, if awarded, shall be based on several criteria, including price bid, experience in the work proposed, and references. NOTE: E-VERIFY CERTIFICATION OF THE INSTALLING COMPANY IS MANDATORY. IF THIS IS NOT INCLUDED, THE BID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. It is strongly recommended that the bidding contractor visit the site to become familiar with work conditions, restrictions, or other items that may affect the bid.
