Question deadline is 6/14/2022 at 4:30 PM UNION COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY The Union County Improvement Authority (UCIA) is soliciting bids for the alteration and addition to the Roselle Public Library, located at 104 West 4th Avenue, Roselle, New Jersey. The bid plans and specifications, drawings, and other related documents for this work ("Bid Documents") may be obtained electronically on or after Monday April 25, 2022 by completing the request form on the Union County Improvement Authority web site. This project shall be subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA), the form of which is included in the Bid Documents. The new two-story 16,500 square foot addition with basement includes entrance lobby, elevator library collections, study, work and assembly spaces, toilet rooms and support spaces.
