As of February 21, 2023, construction is underway and all trades are let. Skanska USA Building Inc., Construction Manager-at-Risk for Comal Middle School #8, will be accepting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the project located near Hwy 281 and FM 1863, Bulverde, TX. This solicitation is for Structural Steel Package 1. Scope of work to include all structural steel, steel joist & bridging, misc. steel, roof, and floor decking. Documents are available electronically via website. MBE/SBE/WBE/ AABE/HUB firms are encouraged to submit proposals on this project. Skanska USA Building is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer.
