Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to SouthStar Communities on behalf of Comal County Water Improvement District No. 3, will be received for the construction of the following project: "Construction of Site Clearing & Grading, Sedimentation & Erosion Control, and Drainage Improvements for Mayfair Regional Detention Facility" Project No. 30002-08 Scope of Work of the Contract includes: 1. Regional detention and water quality facility with approx. 27,000 CY of excavation and 5,400 CY of fill. 2. Approx. 1,300 LF of 8-inch flex base access road. 3. Approx. 1,170 LF of berm, concrete spillway, 100 LF of 3~36-inch RCP pipes with associated rip-rap. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened.
