COUNTY OF HUDSON the following: BID NO. 7682 TO PURCHASE PLUMBING SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS HUDSON COUNTY DEPARTMENTS (SET-ASIDE BID) Please note that this is designated as a "Set-Aside Contract" and the County intends to award this bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-41, et seq. & Ordinance No.: 243-4-2016, a copy of which is available on website. The following groups checked below are able to bid on this project: _x_ Qualified Women's Business Enterprise _x_ Qualified Minority Business Enterprise _x_ Qualified Small Business Enterprise _x_ Qualified Veteran Business Enterprise Any bids received by a person or entity not indicated above will be rejected by the County of Hudson as not being responsive to the bid. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Questions are to be submitted in writing via email on April 29, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. to Christine Moro, Purchasing Agent at questions.purchasing@hcnj.us. No further questions will be accepted after this time. Answers will be posted before the end of business on May 3, 2022. Bids may be submitted by delivery or courier service, including, but not limited to, UPS, Federal Express, DHL or U.S. Express Mail. These bids must arrive prior to the scheduled bid opening time. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR BID AT THE BID OPENING TIME. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and NJ.AC. 17:27 et seq. and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid which, initsjudgment, best serves the interest of the County as provided by law. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids.
