Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
PREQUALIFIED General Contractors ONLY. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre D306 & D310 EP Labs. The Project is to create two (2) state-of-art Electrophysiology / Catheterization procedure rooms, complete with service and support areas, including but not limited to control rooms, equipment rooms, clean storage and soiled utility areas. The Project will be constructed in subsequent phases: - Phase 1 - demolition of existing storage rooms and the construction of EP / Cath Lab D3 06 and related renovations and upgrades - Phase 2 - demolition of existing Stereotaxis Lab D3 10 and construction of new EP / Cath Lab within that space. Contractors must allow 14 business days from date of Phase 1 Consultant Occupancy Letters before start of Phase 2 mobilization Only Prequalified General Contractors may submit bid submissions on this Tender. Only Prequalified Mechanical Subcontractors from RFSQ SB 2019-8012 can be named as subcontractors on this project: - Black & McDonald Ltd. - Bird Mechanical Ltd. - English and Mould Mechanical Systems Ltd. - Pipe All Plumbing & Heating Limited - Geo. A. Kelson Co.
