Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of June 3 2022 this project had no awarded bidder due to, bids being over budget, no word on a rebid yet. The project is now in redesign on a smaller scale. Improvements to existing Tennis Courts and addition of Pickle Ball Courts, concrete pathways and landscaping. Alt #1: Furnish and install court lighting at Butler Park Pickleball Courts. Project includes lighting, poles for lighting fixtures, power and cabling to fixtures and termination and breakers of all circuits. Budget: $575,000.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base proposal amount must accompany each bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful proposer. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal on in the proposing.
