Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project shall consist of building three (3) structures that will house vehicles and equipment for the City of Caldwell Street Department. 1. Structure 1: 40'x100'x16' eve HSSS canopy including all required engineering 36" diameter x 10' deep bored & placed foundations, including rebar & bolts 2. Structure 2: 30'x100'x12' eve HSSS canopy including all engineering 36" diameter x 10' deep bored & placed foundations, including rebar & bolts 3. Structure 3: 40'x120'x21' eve HSSS canopy including all required engineering 36" diameter x 10' deep bored & placed foundations, including rebar & bolts 4. Building permit application, shop drawings with code evaluation and foundation design are the responsibility of the contractor and are to be submitted and approved prior to commencing construction. Contractor is responsible to make application for the building permit but building permit fees will be paid internally by the City of Caldwell. 5. Completion deadline per agreement with successful bidder: 90 days once material lead times are satisfied. Foundation construction and steel package preparation are expected to commence while awaiting material lead times.
