Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project encompasses the installation of a new fully functioning pressure irrigation system and full landscaping installation within and around the newly constructed city parking lot 124 N. 21st Avenue in Caldwell, ID. Est. Completion Date: April 15, 2023 The scope of work, as designed on the sets of irrigation and landscaping plans, shall include all materials (not already provided), labor, mobilization, equipment, travel, etc. needed to complete and furnish a fully functional irrigation system and a complete landscaped facility. The irrigation system will be connected directly to the existing City water system for its supply (no pump station). Irrigation sleeves have been installed as part of the parking lot construction to facilitate easy access of irrigation lines to all medians/islands and out to the perimeter. All work shall comply with the Irrigation and Landscaping plans attached. Gravel export and top soil import shall be completed by the City of Caldwell throughout the winter of 2022/2023. This will be placed and leveled by the City. This excavation and import of topsoil is not the contractors responsibility, however, the contractor shall final grade all landscaped area as needed after irrigation has been placed and finalized. Landscaped areas shall be finished to meet industry standards of landscaped construction.
