Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% a. Ustick/Florida Roundabout: i. Construction cannot commence until April 17, 2023 (unless otherwise approved by OWNER). Substantial completion shall be by August 13, 2023 and final completion shall be by September 15, 2023. b. Ustick/Indiana Roundabout: i. Construction impacting the traveling public cannot commence until May 26, 2023. Substantial completion shall be by August 13, 2023 and final completion shall be by September 15, 2023.
