Site work, paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Salem, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 07/01/2022 This project has been postponed until next year, came in over budget and no new schedule yet. A certified check or bid bond payable without condition to the Village of Salem Lakes in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract and bond, the amount ofthe check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening ofbids without the consent ofthe Village of Salem Lakes for a period ofsixty (60) days after the time ofopening bids. Each bidder agrees upon submission ofbid that ifthe same be accepted within said time period, he shall be bound by the terms of acceptance hereinafter contained.
