Town of Salem "LRIP" Asphalt Hot Mix Material The Pierce County Highway Department, at the request of the Town of Salem, is requesting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt Cement to be placed in Highway Department trucks Town of Salem 235th Ave., 1,180 tons 4 LT 58-34 S Hot Mix As-phalt. Bids will be acted upon by the Town of Salem. The Town of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received and to accept any bid most favorable to the Town of Salem.
