Lab Job No. : 21B-15670 The City of Miami ("City") Department of Procurement ("Procurement") seeks Proposals from experienced and qualified program management professionals for Citywide Program Management Support Services for Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements ("Project") as described in Section 2, "Scope of Services" contained in this RFP. The City is seeking proposals to provide professional general contracting services, construction, and implementation of additions and improvements to the City's Fire Station #1 located at 104 E. Aimee St, Forney, TX 75126. This RFP includes renovations to the entire second floor including bunk area, shower baths, day room, kitchen and covered parking for department vehicles. This facility is and will remain in service 24/7, requiring strict coordination between general contractor and all sub-contractors. It is the intent of the city to focus on the bunk area/shower baths as a first phase. Completion of this first phase will allow staff to return and occupy space for intended purpose. Second phase renovations would include the kitchen, day room, and canopies at parking area. Renovations are intended to a continuous effort and not require additional mobilizations. Bidders are required to provide all materials, equipment, and labor required for the construction of the project along with a Performance and Maintenance Bond in the amount of Contract. The effective date of the maintenance period will commence upon the date of project acceptance by the City of Forney City Council. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish not only a performance bond in the amount of the contract but also a payment bond for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and materials. CSP evaluation criteria is stated in Bid Package. This information must be clearly stated and legible in the submitted bid package. Bidders must submit with their bids a Cashier's Check or a Certified Check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the maximum amount of the bid payable without recourse to the Owner or a proposal bond in the same amount.
