Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pomona Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Pomona Park Town Council requests sealed bids to construct a new garage at 370 Pleasant Street Pomona Park, FL, for Public Works Department. The bid shall include: 30' x 50' steel building with 12' high walls. Roof with vertically aligned ridges with a minimum 3-12 pitch. Three 10'x10' roll-up doors and one 36" walk-through door are all on the same side. Two windows, one on each end. Form-pour-finish 3000 psi concrete slab with footer and re-bar. The building slab must meet all applicable building code and wind load requirements for this area. Bidder must provide certified, engineered drawings and obtain all required permits. Bidder must provide proof of Workers Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance and be licensed to work in Putnam County. Bids must be written, signed, and sealed. Bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: "Bids for New Garage." An official seal will be placed by Town Clerk's Office when received. Bids can be hand-delivered to Town Hall at 1775 Hwy 17 South Pomona Park, Fl, or mailed to Town Clerk, PO Box 518, Pomona Park Fl 32181. Bids will be opened by Town Clerk and will be presented at the next Town Council Meeting. The Pomona Park Town Council reserves the right to waive any informaility in any bid.
