The Town of Wallingford is seeking a vendor to monitor and maintain the Towns Security/Intrusion, Fire, Security, Cameras and Lockdown Alarm in approximately 18 buildings. The Town of Wallingford is soliciting sealed bids for the services of a vendor to monitor and maintain the Towns Security/Intrusion, Fire, Security Cameras and Lockdown Alarm Systems in approximately 18 buildings. The Town will issue a blanket purchase order for monitoring services by department each year. Any repair and maintenance services required are to be as needed and will be billed on a time & material basis with the Public Schools issuing Work Order Tickets for all work. Questions concerning the work requirements of this bid should be submitted through the Purchasing Portal. Verbal inquiries and any subsequent verbal responses will not be binding to the Town of Wallingford. Answers to questions will be posted on the Purchasing Portal or via an addendum emailed to all registered bidders who have downloaded the bid online.
