Major work items include the vertical structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, as well as civil sitework elements including asphalt paving, concrete paving, and storm drain utility improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority, or by Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company. All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be discussed and shown to interested bidders at 10:00 a.m., local time on May 11, 2022, at the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority, 7565 S. Peoria Street, Englewood, Colorado 80112. The Bidder must supply all information required by the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents.
