Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Newcastle, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The work includes: Sitework, Concrete footing and foundations, Metal Building Erection, Rough Carpentry, P-Lam faced architectural cabinets, Insulation, TPO Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, HM Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Hardware, Access Doors, Sectional Doors, Aluminum Framed Entrances and Storefronts, Glazing, Drywall, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile Carpeting, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguisher, Kitchen equipment, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. This project will funded in part through the HUD Community Development Block Grant program, and will require the payment of the current Davis-Bacon wages. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any alternate, in any order, and to award or amend the Contract accordingly within 60 days of the Notice of Award unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents.
