This project is an LRIP program Type TRID. Constance Road (CTH K to CTH E) The Work Under This Contract Shall Consist of Miscellaneous Removals, Excavation Common, Base Aggregate Dense, Hma Pavement, Remove and Replace Cross Culvert and Driveway Culvert Pipes, Pavement Marking, Permanent Signage, Restoration and All Incidental Items Necessary to Complete the Work. All bids shall be addressed to the Town of Waupaca and shall be enclosed in a SEALED ENVELOPE, marked with the name and address of the bidder, BID DOCUMENT, and the Project Title "Constance Road Bid" on the outside of the envelope for which the bid is being submitted. Bid must be MAILED to Town of Waupaca Clerk, Mary Colden, N3514 CTY RD E, Waupaca, WI 54981 or can be hand delivered to the hall prior to the meeting scheduled. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid payable to Town of Waupaca, shall accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the Contract, and the Performance Bond as required by the Contract Documents within 10 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract. Failure on the part of the bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the bidder's Bid Bond as liquidated damages. The Town of Waupaca reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept any bid it deems most advantageous to the Town. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the Town of Waupaca
